About the Film
A story carried
on the smallest shoulders.
Set in the creeks of Port Harcourt, a young boy's life takes a painful turn after tragedy claims his parents. With dreams too distant to chase, he must become everything his family needs.
Through love and loss, he becomes both savior and victim of the life he's fighting to preserve. Told with haunting intimacy and deep emotional truth, his story captures the quiet heroism and heartbreak of many forgotten African homes.
The film premiered at AFRIFF 2025, marking its entry into the international festival circuit.
